Annual Christmas Party

Don’t forget to sign up for the annual Christmas Party. It’s coming up soon (December 6), and we only have 17 signed up. The cost is $35.00 for a catered brunch. We will be meeting at Mount Olive Shores North. The address is: 1071 Motorcoach Drive, Polk City, FL. 33868. Doors open at 11:00. We will be voting on the annual guild challenge and we will also be having a Christmas Ornament exchange, if you would like to participate. This is always a fun time. You can sign up on the website by going to the events calendar and clicking on the event, December 6th, it will take you to a page that you can input your credit card information. If you prefer to pay by cash/check, you can bring that with you to the November meeting. Hope to see you there! PS. Dec. 6 is also the deadline to get your Quilt Show paperwork in. The menu for this year is: Garden salad with roasted sweet potatoes, dried cranberries, pecans with onions and feta on the side and dressed with a flavorful vinaigrette. Chicken Giamondo-golden chicken breast on a bed of spinach, topped with mushrooms and a special buttery sauce, mashed potatoes, demi glace for your potatoes, glazed carrots, green beans, strawberries and pineapple served with kahlua dip, pistachio ricotta cakes, tea or coffee. Wow! Your $35 covers all of that deliciousness, a tip for the server, the candy and prizes!
