If you have been authorized by the guild leadership to spend or collect money for any activities, you will find below a reimbursement form and deposit form to complete. You must complete the appropriate form. There will be no exceptions.
Reimbursement
For reimbursement turn in the completed form along with all receipts to the treasurer.
Deposit
To deposit funds, complete the deposit form and give it with the money to the treasurer.
